Responsibilities
The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for the day to day supervision of the company transportation fleet and drivers while improving logistics services across the company, to achieve on time deliveries, and minimize freight costs.
This position works with all domestic and international customers, facilities and partners ensuring raw materials and finished products are transported safely, efficiently, balancing the costs and service levels and in compliance with all government regulations.

Qualifications / Requirements
MUST
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
- Ability to quickly learn new systems / processes
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Detail Oriented
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- 5 years relevant experience (minimum)
- 5 years Management experience
PREFERRED
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
