Key Responsibilities :
- GREETING : Welcome visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- COMMUNICATION : Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- ORGANIZATION : Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- COORDINATION : Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them promptly to the relevant departments.
- SUPPORT : Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including booking conference rooms and arranging refreshments as needed.
Qualifications :
- EDUCATION : High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.
- EXPERIENCE : 1+ year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- SKILLS : Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
