We are looking for a dedicated Genesys CX Cloud Engineer like you to be a part of our team.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Genesys CX Cloud Engineer you will the infrastructure as code mindset to build cloud resources that host software to meet business and customer needs.

You will be participating in the creation of foundational services and platforms that will enable consistent and safe delivery of products in cloud environments.

You will interact daily with various teams across HCA enterprise to help them along their journey to adopting cloud.

In this role you will :

• Manage and take workflow direction from manager, senior engineers, and product leadership.
• Follow design best practices and assist troubleshooting design related issues.
• Follow service management standards for cloud.
• Follow and understand cloud reference architectures.
• Assist with the development of automated tools / scripts for use across the enterprise.
• Assist with the development / implementation of cloud products.
• Execute and maintain standard infrastructure as code modules for reuse by development teams and other business units.
• Participate on a team designing, developing and testing IaC solutions for IaaS and PaaS solutions for on-prem or Cloud platforms
• Work closely with customers to develop robust and reusable configuration management components
• Support workload migration activities to cloud.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX across all channels : Voice, SMS, Chat
• Genesys Developer Certification
• Have completed at least one Genesys Cloud conversion project
• Understanding of Rest APIs, Postman, and JSON
• Strong understanding of best practices and standards for AZ or GCP Data process design and implementation
• Two plus Years of hands-on experience with many of the following components :
• Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions
• HL7, FHIR, JSON, Avro, Parquet
• Python, Java, Terraform
• BigQuery, Dataflow, Data Fusion
• Cloud Composer, DataProc, CI / CD, Cloud Logging
• GitHub
• Ability to multitask and to balance competing priorities
• Ability to define and utilize best practice techniques and to impose order in a fast-changing environment. Must have strong problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, including a desire to work within a highly-matrixed, team-oriented environment
• Experience in Healthcare Domain (Preferred)
• Experience in Patient Data (Preferred)
• AWS experience preferred
• AZ Cloud Certified or GCP Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification (Preferred)
• Bachelor's degree? ?Information Systems?
• 7+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering, Architecture, or Development
• Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert?
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals?
• Google ?Cloud Engineer?
• Google Cloud Architect?

Must have the ability to acquire and maintain wired, (no Wifi), high speed internet with 25 MBS downloads and 15 MBS upload speeds
