Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Tacoma, WA - Full Time

We are seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to fill a key role in our Tacoma, Washington office.

About You

The Role

  • Answers company phones, provides information, and directs callers to the appropriate parties;
  • Greets and signs in guests / visitors;
  • Ensures effective communications with management, callers, customers, and staff;
  • Sorts, opens, and distributes mail daily;
  • Receives incoming shipments;
  • Prepares shipments to go out via various vendors and customers;
  • Orders office supplies for all office locations and departments;
  • Maintains conference room calendars;
  • Inter-office mail coordination;
  • Prints business cards;
  • Orders and distributes uniforms to employees;
  • Assists in coordination of pickup and deliveries;
  • Performs general data entry;
  • Performs administrative duties as needed to see projects to completion;
  • Works in partnership with a diverse employment environment;
  • Interacts effectively with internal and external customers;
  • Maintains confidentiality at all times, and
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

The Necessities

  • Valid state drivers license
  • AA or 2+ years of additional experience
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history)
