Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Per Diem Retail Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Minnesota.

Responsibilities :
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and professional requirements.
- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Conduct medication therapy reviews to identify potential issues and make recommendations for therapy optimization.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of prescriptions, inventory, and patient information.
- Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, ordering medications, and managing expiration dates.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Minnesota.
- Flexibility to work on a per diem basis, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
