Medical Management Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Activity Director for their Skilled Nursing Facility located in Macon, GA.

Activity Director Requirements :
- Must have experience in a long-term care facility.
- Provide entertainment, exercise, and relaxation.
- Opportunity to express creative talent.
- Address spiritual needs.
- Conduct MDS assessments.
The Activity Director must lead by example by promoting positive morals within their department and throughout the facility.
Plans, organizes, and directs the activity program and staff in order to fulfill the social, psychosocial, and therapeutic needs of the residents.
