Seeking a full-time Receptionist for our Founders Club in Plantation Bay. They will be expected to work Sunday through Thursday from 9am to 5 : 00pm, flexibility to possibly work Monday - Friday, 9am - 5 pm some weeks.
Must have impeccable presentation, excellent customer service and communication skills. Microsoft Office proficient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
They will be representing the club in a professional manner supporting the hospitality staff and general manager as well as country club members.
Strong focus on customer service and organization.
Receptionist Job Responsibilities :
- Greeting members
- Monitor front desk
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
- Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Managing office inventory such as stationery and equipment
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area

- Works well with others and can multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Great attention to detail
