Shipping Associate / Driver
SUMMIT Appliance (www.summitappliance.com), a Division of Felix Storch, Inc. is a 50-year-old private business, located in the Bronx, NY, Edison, NJ and Freehold, NJ.
We are a manufacturer and distributor of major appliances, including vaccine, healthcare and life science refrigeration.

We are currently seeking a Shipping Associate / Driver to join our Freehold, NJ team. This role will work closely with Operations team to assist with the shipping, receiving and delivery of heavy materials.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Pack and box product to be shipped against billing records to verify and document accuracy.
- Keep track of shipments, movement of material, and shipping deadlines
- Ensure orders are tracked and pulled in a timely manner.
- Transport product throughout the facility
- Receive and organize product.
- Drive a 24-foot box truck to transfer product between our facilities and make deliveries.
- Assist in the preparation and packing related to the department relocation to Freehold NJ
Skills & Qualifications :
- Prior experience in a warehouse handling large, heavy merchandise.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds or more.
- Possess a valid driver license and be forklift certified.
- Must be able to work on a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work both independently and on a team.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Compensation : $19-$23 / hour
