IT Release Manager Only W2 (Citizen, GC, GC EAD and H4EAD)
Location : Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Years of Experience : 8+ years
Must-Have Skills & Experience :
Release Management : 7+ years of experience as a Release Manager, overseeing and coordinating software releases.
Project Planning and Execution : Proven track record in project planning, scheduling, and ensuring successful delivery of releases.
Agile / Scrum : Experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer, demonstrating a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
ITSM Tools : Familiarity with at least one ITSM tool, such as BMC Remedy or ServiceNow.
Reporting : Proficiency in Tableau for creating and analyzing release-related reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities :
Release Planning and Coordination : Define and manage the release schedule, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT priorities.
Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with project teams, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth release process.
Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with releases, implementing necessary controls.
Deployment Management : Oversee the deployment process, ensuring successful deployment of releases to production environments.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of release management.
Agile Facilitation : Facilitate team planning ceremonies, provide guidance on Agile / Waterfall frameworks, and ensure seamless coordination across teams.
Reporting & Insights : Utilize Tableau to create reports and dashboards that track release progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights.
