Sales BDC Agent

Job Summary :

The Sales BDC Agent at Frank Kent Cadillac is responsible for assisting potential customers in their purchase of vehicles by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our dealership's products and services.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the Auto industry located in Arlington, Texas.

The Sales BDC Agent will receive a base salary plus commission, with a compensation range of $28,000 to $72,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers to determine their needs and interests
• Provide information about the dealership's products and services in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with a sales representative
• Follow up with potential customers to answer any additional questions and provide further assistance as needed
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, incentives, and inventory to effectively promote and sell vehicles
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and targets set by the dealership
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of all customer interactions and sales transactions
• Collaborate with other members of the sales team to ensure a positive and seamless experience for customers
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Knowledge of basic computer systems and proficiency in using CRM software
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check
