Busy Residential Construction office seeking an Office Assistant-Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions for multiple businesses.
Responsibilities :
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Payroll processing for multiple businesses
- Plan and schedule homeowner warranty appointments
- Perform new buyer walk throughs and warranty orientation
- Answer inbound telephone calls and communicate with subcontractors
- Understand and schedule residential building construction procedures and track building supply expenses
- Perform all other office tasks to include filing, office supply organization,
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in office administration and accounting basics a requirement
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with many personality types
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Some construction background would be helpful but not required
