We are hiring for several locations including Provo UT, Sterling VA, Cheyenne WY, Phoenix and Pennsylvania. We focus on mid to large scale projects including data centers, manufacturing plants, healthcare, and more.
Overview :
The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures at construction sites.
They will ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, as well as identify and mitigate potential safety hazards. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in construction safety, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and enforce safety measures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for construction sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Train and educate construction site personnel on safety protocols
- Identify and address potential safety hazards
- Maintain and update safety records and reports
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Investigate and report any accidents or safety incidents
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and supervisors on safety matters
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of Safety Manager experience in the construction industry (GC or subcontractor)
- Experience on projects over $5M in size
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- OSHA 500, 510, 30 required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
