Requirements for the Behavior Support Specialist :

• Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
• Be at least 17 years old
• Valid Driver's License (we may be able to accommodate, but not guaranteed)
• Pass drug and alcohol screenings
• Pass criminal background checks
• Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.
• ASL (American Sign Language) preferred

Pay Rate :

$500 Part Time Hiring Bonus

$1000 Full Time Hiring Bonus

First shift : $16.50 per hour (MUST HAVE DSP / Mental Health Experience)

Second Shift Weekday : $17.25 per hour / Weekend : $18.25 per hour

Third Shift Weekday : $18.50 per hour / Weekend : $19.50 per hour

7on / 7off Split (M-F 6 : 30a-9 : 30a;3p-9p, Sa-Su 8a-10p)

Wed-Sat Split (W 6p-10p, Th-Fr 7a-9a;3p-10p, Sa 8a-10p)

Fri- Mon 3rd (9p-9a)

Tue-Sa 2nd (Tu-Fri 3p-9p, Sa 9a-9p)

7days on / 7 days off 3rd (Ask for hours!)

Sun-Wed Split (Su 8a-9p, M-W 7 : 30a-9 : 30a;3p-9p)

Sa-Tu 2nd (Sa / Su 9a-9p, M / Tu 3 : 30p-9 : 30p
