QUALIFICATIONS : 5 years of experience in tier 2 systems administration and support Demonstrated experience in PowerShell scripting and at least one object-oriented programming language Experience managing ITSM solutions, preferably ManageEngine and ServiceDesk Plus.
Demonstrated experience in network troubleshooting and network protocols Demonstrated experience in managing servers, storage, and UPS systems Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Information System Management is preferred but not required WHAT YOU’LL DO : Demonstrate superior customer service, integrity, and commitment to innovation,efficiency, and fiscal responsibility.
Service end-user hardware and systems and manage inbound requests via phone, email, and walk-ins Administer and support IT infrastructure such as Wi-Fi, switches, servers, and IT systems toolset Administer and support telecommunication, video conferencing platform, and audio-visual systems Administer, support, and report metrics on infrastructure patching and end-user system updates Manage IT procurement, company assets, and software licensing Analyze system logs and ensure data integrity and security of IT systems Help protect the company from all cyber threats and risks Document IT processes and conduct knowledge sharing sessions with IT staff TECHNICAL EXPERTISE : Strong knowledge of enterprise components of Windows and Mac operating systems Knowledge of File and print services, IdP, AV, SIEM and EDR platforms Possess knowledge of methodologies for analyzing systems, procedures and workflow Ability to identify cause / effect relationships and solve root-cause issues Technical ability to discover automation opportunities and create specifications PROJECT MANAGEMENT : Systems thinking mindset with a focus on improving user experience Experience creating project plans and / or using project management software Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work assignments Start and lead IT initiatives and projects COMMUNICATION : Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and various levels of management Ability to communicate in written and oral form Ability to present in front of a crowd and / or teach a group of users Ability to read and interpret data, information and documents, observe and interpret situations BENEFITS & PERKS : Part of our mission statement is to provide a great life for our employees.
