Job Description :
- Processing files and verifying data
- Sorting files and information for data input
- Assisting with faculty members with clerical tasks
- Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Greeting clients, managing documents & calendars Requirements :
- Must be open to full time hours (M-F; 9a-5p).
- Must have basic clerical experience (3+ years minimum as an Admin / Front Desk / Receptionist)
- Must be competent with computers (Full MS Office Suite) and able to work under pressure
- Bilingual is a STRONG ++++
