Role Summary :
The General Manager will be the standard bearer for our restaurant, ensuring that every guest experiences unparalleled service and exquisite cuisine.
You will oversee daily operations, maintain our high standards, and foster a culture of excellence among our dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a professional service team with long tenure and strong customer relationships.
- Uphold and enhance our fine dining standards to meet the expectations of a discerning clientele.
- Ensure premium service and discretion in all guest interactions.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain and elevate our menu offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve Michelin recognition.
- Manage operational budgets, staffing, and scheduling to optimize performance and profitability.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :
