Join a growing market leader as a Sales Representative / Account Executive.
You will save commercial, industrial, municipal and federal customers' pipes from costly traditional repairs and replacement with unique non-invasive (no destruction) epoxy pipe lining in buildings nationwide.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) :
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Expanding the number of opportunities with different potential customers in your territory.
- Work with property management and facility managers to solve pipe issues.
- Achieve, if not surpass, monthly quotas.
- Develop account strategies and plans by forecasting time and revenue.
- Regularly demonstrate success, out-of-the-box thinking and a creative approach to developing business.
- Generate proposals and contracts in a timely manner.
- Efficiently sell our unique solutions through one-on-one selling and group presentations.
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Stay up-to-date with competitors.
- Other responsibilities as defined.
Qualifications :
- Great with people.
- Self-motivated.
- Knowledge of plumbing / facilities management / property management will be helpful, but not necessary.
