As the oldest and most respected name in the business, we're looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team.
We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to drive business development, training, and customer service for a multi-million-dollar company.
With your high energy, business savvy, and customer-focused mindset, you'll oversee a skilled team of technicians and electrical department operations.

Essential Job Functions :
- Deal with escalated calls by expertly servicing customers’ entire needs.
- Meet Daily, Monthly, and annual goals and department budget.
- The electrical manager is responsible for setting up and maintaining their electrician's dispatch board.
- Supervise any Installation and repair calls if needed.
- Train and supervise the use of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches, and switch gears.
- Review / edit / change the Pricebook with VP of Operations.
- Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goal for your department.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of electrical products and services.
- Review all callbacks and provide appropriate training.
- Conduct monthly truck inspections so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside.
- Conduct and host actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
Qualifications :
- Self-starter, reliable, flexible with hours.
- Understanding of the current regulations within the field.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Experience / Education :
- High school diploma / GED required.
- Associate degree preferred but not required.
- Electrical License a MUST.
- 5+ years’ experience in the electrical trade.
