Requirements / Responsibilities Dining Room Manager / Floor Manager / Bar Manager Responsibilities & Requirements : * Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of the customer experience* Assumes 100% responsibility of coaching all FOH staff* Develop & introduce beverage ideas, recipes and menu items* Ensure high level of health, safety and alcohol control at all times throughout all bar areas* Inventory control and ordering alcohol, other drinks products and supplies* Work Scheduling* Trained to operate all P.
O.S. functions* High School diploma, College degree preferred, but not necessary* Experience of 2 years or more in a similar position* Trained in customer service, labor scheduling, inventories, cost controls and employee training* Able to stand for up to 10 hours
