KeyResponsibilities :
- Handle inbound reservation inquiries via phone email andonline platforms.
- Assist customersin booking hotel rooms ensuring their preferences and needs aremet.
- Provide information abouthotel amenities services and localattractions.
- Upsell additionalservices and special packages to enhance guestexperiences.
- Maintain accuraterecords of bookings and customerinteractions.
- Resolve any issues orconcerns related to reservations promptly andprofessionally.
Requirements :
- Must be at least 18 yearsold.
- Possess a smart phone or computer with a stable internetconnection.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
- Abilityto work independently and manage timeeffectively.
- Customerfocused with afriendly and professional demeanor.
- No previous experience necessary; comprehensive trainingwill be provided.
