Servpro of South San Francisco City / San Bruno is looking for a Certified IICRC Technician !

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms / areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Be Available to Work After Regular Hours / EMS Services "On-Call"
• Perform Restoration Production processes as directed per IICRC Guidelines.
• Perform end-of-day / end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance

Position Requirements

• Valid IICRC WTR Certified Card Holder
• Valid driver’s license- Must be able to Drive a Vehicle
• Ability to successfully complete and pass a background check subject to applicable law
• Authorized to Work in the USA
• Must be able to Speak and Understand English / Bilingual

Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects
• Ability to work with / around cleaning agents
