Servpro of South San Francisco City / San Bruno is looking for a Certified IICRC Technician !

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare rooms / areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
- Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
- Be Available to Work After Regular Hours / EMS Services "On-Call"
- Perform Restoration Production processes as directed per IICRC Guidelines.
- Perform end-of-day / end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
Position Requirements
- Valid IICRC WTR Certified Card Holder
- Valid driver’s license- Must be able to Drive a Vehicle
- Ability to successfully complete and pass a background check subject to applicable law
- Authorized to Work in the USA
- Must be able to Speak and Understand English / Bilingual
Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects
- Ability to work with / around cleaning agents
