Responsibilities :
With direct supervision from the Director of Real Estate Planning & Regulatory Compliance, the Lease Management & Contract Abstraction Manager is responsible for the timely, thorough, and accurate compilation and abstraction for all property leases and associated contracts, ensuring all terms and details are accurate and consistent with Southcoast standards.
Lease Administration duties include responsibility for management and maintenance of Southcoasts lease database ensuring all data is current, comprehensive, and accurate.
Contract Abstraction duties include ensuring compliance with AIA standards and incorporating Southcoast standards into all Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) when applicable.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be utilized to define and measure individual and department success. This important role must be team-focused with an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and Southcoasts Legal, Design & Construction and Facility Health Services departments.
Qualifications :
A Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration or related field, or the equivalent combination of related knowledge and experience is required;
Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred.
- Well-versed and experienced with Lease Administration and Contract Management, specifically AIA contracting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of lease management terms, AIA contract terms, conditions and processes is required, along with a strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required.
- Paralegal required- JD preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Pay Range :
USD $63,294.40 - USD $106,475.20 / Yr.
