Schedule : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM
Compensation Range : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our products and procedures through rigorous implementation of quality control measures, documentation, and identification of areas of improvement.
Job Qualifications :
- High School Diploma (equivalent or higher)
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Proficient with learning new software (i.e., experience in GageTrak and QCBD preferred)
- Software (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities : (will include but not be limited to)
- Perform entry, collection, and distribution of controlled documents in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Conduct document reviews and verify adherence to AS9100 standards
- Assist with management of multi-departmental records
- Compile customer data packages
- Maintain, record, and manage calibration procedures
- Identify opportunities for improvement in current document control process
