Your role at Clorox :
As a Dynamic Deployment Insights Manager you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver consumer and market research projects for the Business Units across the company.
This role influences Brand, Sales and R&D leadership to drive growth by maximizing the outcome of business decisions through the Consumer Obsession lens.
In this role, you will :
Shapes and delivers outstanding consumer and marketplace research uncovering insights and ideas that drive growth for Clorox BUs.
Ensures that key business issues are framed appropriately in the research Brief and that research delivers against these objectives with perfection.
- While dynamically deployed to BUs, carries out research with high degree of subject matter expertise across all aspects of base business growth, brand equity evolution, innovation, strategy, revenue growth management, design to value, price pack architecture, portfolio optimization and other business needs.
- Champions integration and sharing of knowledge, methodological expertise and advantaged ways of working across the Insight group to strengthenability to deliver critical business insights.
- Pursues continuous learning and growth by demonstrating internal and external sources to maintain outstanding functional abilities.
- Supports development of tools, WoW, skills and other capabilities to build a competitive advantage for Clorox through superior insights expertise.
- Uncover and integrate multiple sources to craft an effective story to influence business decisions .

What we look for : Experience
Experience
- 5 + years of demonstrated ability on Market Research and Market Insights projects.
- 3+ years of previousbusiness-side researchexperience, preferably in CPG industry
- Ability to integrate varied information into a holistic and cohesive perspective
- Strong research skills experience.
- Hands-on expertise across the full stack of common market research tools, methodologies and capabilities including syndicated data, quantitative and qualitative, innovation discovery, shelf-based research.
Skills
- Ability to influence and work cross functionally.
- Proven driver of business impact
- Demonstrated passion for insights and their application to drive the business
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with different functions.
Education
- BSc on Marketing or equivalent experience
- Masters of Market Research, Behavioral Science, Economics, MBA is a plus.

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
Zone A : $121,900 - $240,100 Zone B : $111,700 - $220,100 Zone C : $101,600 - $200,100All ranges are subject to change in the future.
