Compensation : ?$80k-$90k base salary / / $150k-$200k OTE
Location : ?This position is onsite in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, pre-qualify, and engage with non-contract customers to introduce our company and services
- Draft proposals and contracts for maintenance services
- Discuss HVAC / Plumbing equipment and their maintenance needs with clients to obtain technical information
- Prepare estimates for maintenance contracts using appropriate software and internal resources
- Prospect, cold call, and network to develop leads and sales opportunities
- Follow up on sales leads and lists generated by management and other sources
- Maintain and nurture client relationships, checking in with current maintenance clients regularly
Qualifications and Experience :
- 5 years of sales experience related to technical products and / or systems
- Experience in the mechanical industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and network to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Self-discipline to maintain a consistent, strong work ethic in a flexible work environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
