Reports to : Xiaoning Smith, Owner of Mayweather Tribeca and Mayweather Nashville Schedule : 40 hours / week Pay Structure : Base Salary of $60,000 with an attractive performance bonus Your Growth : We value your hard work;

We are passionate about our mission and the ideal candidate will must feel the same! Job Overview As the Studio Manager, of Mayweather Tribeca you will be the driving force behind our success.

You will lead the studio in all aspects of membership retention, employee development, and sales goal achievement. Your responsibilities will include : Team Leadership : Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Associates, Instructors, and Head Instructors.

Sales Excellence : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed studio goals, while providing ongoing training and coaching to the sales team.

Operational Efficiency : Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and staff. Marketing & Community Engagement : Promote the studio through social media campaigns, events, and community outreach.

Performance Management : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage payroll and inventory, and maintain studio facilities.

Ideal Candidate Experience : Proven managerial and operational experience in a fast-paced, membership based group fitness studio.
