Position Overview : As an Online Sales Representative at The Soccer Factory, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base.
You will be responsible for managing online sales inquiries, providing product information, guiding customers through the customization process, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to online sales inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Educate customers on our product range, including fabric options, design choices, and customization features.
- Collaborate with the design team to create custom mock-ups for customers.
- Assist customers in placing orders, including size and quantity selection, and processing payments.
- Provide accurate delivery timelines and tracking information.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitors.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in online sales or customer service roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with sporting uniforms, fabrics, and customization options.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
