Responsibilities Include but not limited to :
Support high-stakes communications with clients.
Take lead on highly technical writing and edits.
Act as a lead writer on highest-priority proposals, leading development of strategic sections such as the executive summary.
Support the development and project management of proposals, presentations, and company-wide calls.
Guide project development and writing of whitepapers.
Carry out typical writer responsibilities as needed :
Provide comprehensive editing of documents for grammar, punctuation, and consistency of corporate voice.Help teams brainstorm ideas for technical content as well as winning strategies.
Support diverse departments, technical experts, and customers in developing marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals for internal and external audiences.
Translate technical content into more accessible language for a specific audience.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years as a writer or editor (proposals, flyers, web, case studies, etc.)
- Excellent command of English grammar and punctuation
- High attention to detail
- Quick learner with a willingness to adapt
- Effective communication and strong collaboration
- Resourcefulness
- Demonstrated success multitasking in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using virtual web conferencing and other remote strategies
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Well-versed in the full lifecycles of proposal development and / or project management
- Experience using digital platforms for marketing campaigns (preferred)
Education :
Bachelor's degree required (English, Communications, Journalism, or other relevant major preferred)
