Job Purpose This position involves assisting in overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of technical development projects.

Focused on achieving milestones of all development content while delivering a quality product on schedule. Key Accountabilities Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

Create / coordinate manage the overall development schedule to ensure alignment between multiple functional disciplines and the project milestones.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration to track maturation and capture open concerns.

Analyze data interpret complex data sets to provide insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs)Communicate complex data findings and insights to management Conducting thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to facilitate data-driven insights.

Set up / maintain project space in Atlassian tools (Confluence / JIRA)Coordinate development confirmation events to ensure development progress of appropriate hardware and softwareCollect test time requests and provide to project team.

Communicate project progress, status updates, and risks to stakeholders. Conduct reviews to evaluate outcomes and assist in facilitating decision making within the project team.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or science-related degree or equivalent experienceBachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering (IT preferred) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferably with PMP or equivalent training.Experience creating and managing schedulesExcellent communication / presentation skills and ability to produce presentation documents.
