Administrative Assistant(construction)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company in Chandler. This organization is in search of a administrative assistant to support one of their project managers.
The schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, fully in office. The hourly pay range is between $22 / hr-$25 / hr DOE. Construction industry experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Assist in project coordination tasks such as scheduling inspections, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining project documentation.
- Manage communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
- Prepare and distribute project-related reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist with procurement activities such as ordering supplies and processing invoices.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM.
