Responsibilities :
As a DSA in one of our Jefferson programs, you will make a difference in people's lives every day by planning and teaching recreational activities as well as activities of daily living, providing personal care, and supporting community integration for adults with developmental disabilities.
As a DSA you will always work with another, Certified DSP, and will not be allowed to pass medications or transport individuals.
As a DSP (must be 18) we will train you to pass medications!
Don’t have any DSP, Caregiver, or CBRF-related experience? No problem! We provide all the paid classroom and on-the-job training needed.
After completing our training program, you will be a CBRF-certified DSP!
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive starting pay from $13.50 - $15.00 / hr. depending on your experience and education.

Requirements :
- Willingness to submit to a WI Caregiver Background Check
- Available to attend paid training (6 to 8 weekdays spread over three weeks between 8 : 30 am & 4 : 30 pm)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- A desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth
