Description
ChildServe is looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Revenue Cycle to lead and optimize our revenue cycle operations.
This position is responsible for directing the revenue cycle functions including insurance verification, service authorization, billing, and collections for patient services. What You'll Do
- Supervise the team through effective hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Ensure the development of staff to achieve high results, and promote engagement and satisfaction to drive retention.
- Ensure all services, programs, and companies are enrolled and credentialed with Managed Care, State, and Federal regulatory agencies.
- Ensure processes and procedures are in place to accurately verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations for service.
- Direct organizational financial processes by assessing and improving the billing / collection systems for ChildServe.
- Create monthly accounts receivable reports, define metrics, and establish rates and fees for all services.
- Assist program managers with the development of processes to accurately capture and report on services provided for billing purposes.
- Provide organizational leadership and oversight of the revenue cycle including reimbursement methodologies.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Accounting, Finance, or related.
- Five years of relevant operational experience.
- Five years of experience leading teams.
- Experience leading hybrid on-site and remote teams preferred.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
