Overview
The Divisional Regulatory, Risk, and Control Analyst provides data analysis, identifies, and evaluates potential areas of non-compliance or risk, assessing impact, probability and defined risk tolerance and presents findings and proposals for risk mitigation measures.
The Divisional Regulatory, Risk and Control Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of the risk and control initiatives.
This includes participation in risk and control activities, risk-based control reporting of key issues, performance, and validation of cyclical activities, such as annual control self-assessments.
It may also include control testing, incident research, remediation and other ad hoc control initiatives and projects. Working closely with teams in and out of the division to understand risks impacting the group.

What You’ll Do
Ensure complete understanding of and contribute to further development and ongoing maintenance of Financial Crimes Operations (FCO’s) various risk and control frameworks for Finance with corresponding guidelines, controls, and training
All Control activities and respective procedures, serving as the gate keeper of relevant information and output to enable Finance risk management oversight
Support preparation and delivery of risk and control management information (MI), and drive changes on an ongoing basis.
Obtain input from and facilitate discussions between relevant stakeholders, support development of agreeable solutions
Support governance activities Finance Governance forums, prepare presentations and other material
Perform high quality reporting on the Regulatory Reporting Adherence process, also covering Findings Management, Risk and Control Assessment MI
Testing the controls, reviewing exceptions, coordinating remediation activities Oversight and monitoring of Controls Inventory and Regulatory Reports Inventory and Quality Assurance
Skills You’ll Need
Understanding of risks and controls and practical application of control principles as well as an understanding of front-to-back control environments;
ability to assess design and operating effectiveness
Experience in Data Analytics, Audit, Financial Services, Regulatory Reporting / Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) a plus
Degree in Accounting or related field
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Project management skills and the ability to prioritize and coordinate various deliverables across multiple owners
Able to operate effectively within a global organization working with teams across multiple entities; ability to challenge existing processes and recommend process and control improvements where relevant
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $75,000 to $110,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
