This is a full-time HYBRID position located in Bolingbrook, IL

What you will be doing :

• Execute daily accounting tasks, including maintaining general ledgers
• Assist in the monthly close process by posting journal entries and reconciling accounts, investigate irregularities, and provide rmended solution
• Apply a strong understanding of GAAP and ensurepliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, andpany policies
• Monitor, prepare, andmunicate financial reports in accordance with due dates
• Keep management aware of any unusual operation or financial occurrences and / or significant deviations
• Identify opportunities to improve tools, procedures, and the internal control framework, and collaborate on solutions
• Work closely with Accounting Manager and perform other duties within the functional area as assigned

Who you are :

• Bachelor’s degree program in related field , Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing industry experience is preferred, but not required
• CPA license, or working towards obtaining CPA
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel is must
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, accuracy, and organization
• Effectivemunication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership in their work
• Ability to carry out assigned projects topletion with minimal supervision
• Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative, and be proactive
• Ability to learn new concepts and technology quickly while seeking assistance from a strong andmitted peer group
