Role Description :

As our Controller, you'll be the financial backbone of our operation, ensuring that our numbers are as strong as our sense of fun! You'll oversee all aspects of financial management, from budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting and analysis.

• Financial Expertise : Strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Key Accountabilities :

• Financial Planning and Analysis : Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
• Financial Reporting : Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Cost Management : Implement effective cost control measures to optimize profitability, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement across all business operations.
• Cash Flow Management : Manage cash flow projections and liquidity needs, monitoring cash balances and investment activities to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Team Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Process Improvement : Identify areas for process optimization and automation within the finance function, driving efficiency and scalability to support business growth objectives.
• Financial Risk Management : Assess and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk, through proactive risk management strategies and hedging activities.
• Stakeholder Communication : Communicate financial performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management, and external stakeholders, presenting complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Compliance Assurance : Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls, conducting regular audits and assessments to maintain integrity and transparency in financial reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to align financial objectives with overall business goals and drive strategic decision-making.
