We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of a fast-casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving the restaurant’s success by maintaining high standards in service, food quality, and team development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety are maintained at all times.
- Manage guest interactions, handling any concerns or issues with professionalism and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, and food costs, to meet profitability goals.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing waste to control costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to ensure optimal team performance.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and inventory effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in restaurant operations.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
