Job Description :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of a fast-casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving the restaurant’s success by maintaining high standards in service, food quality, and team development.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts.
Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety are maintained at all times.
Manage guest interactions, handling any concerns or issues with professionalism and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, and food costs, to meet profitability goals.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing waste to control costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Assist with recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to ensure optimal team performance.
Collaborate with the corporate team to implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and inventory effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in restaurant operations.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
