Title : Incident Manager
Location : Charlotte, NC
Term : 12 months (Possible extension)
Responsibilities :
Proactive readiness for execution of data-driven Client Impact Assessment and Communication.
Design and document the end-to-end process for managing Client impact data during an incident.
Incident management data analysis and reporting - Hands-on execution of tactical solutions to identify, consolidate and manage client impact data during an incident.
White Glove Monitoring for Clients.
Senior folks 15 + years exp. 10 in financial institutions; 5-10 in hands-on Data and reporting roles. Wires / payment exp preferred
Data Operations
Master at Excel (ETL, Pivot tables, etc.)
Working SME of Alteryx, SQL
Data ETL experts. Hands on. Able to assess and pull data on the fly
Able to assess data impacts and build support manual reporting needs
Experts in end-to-end data flow, hands-on data aggregation from multiple sources
SME in the analysis, design, and execution of data and reporting
Stakeholder Management (GTM, Wholesale Operations, Enterprise Resiliency)
24 / 5 availability when incidents occur
