Roles and Responsibilities
- Performs basic and routine electronic assembly operations on components and sub-assemblies
- Follows ISO process sheet for the operation.
- Check foot straps for ESD compliance as needed
- Adheres to all quality and safety guidelines
- Participate in performance feedback
- Assembles units per process sheet for specific unit.
- May insert parts, housings, relays, etc.
- Visually inspects product production to that point.
- Supports and adheres to our safety, quality and 5S policies and procedures
- Producing product, driving productivity improvements, and participating on special projects as needed.
- Follow established processes in completing customer product.
- Identify technical issues related to required work.
- Work on special activities as directed by operations.
- Assist in corrective actions & containment activities
- Assist in failure analysis
- Conduct in circuit and functional tests based on customer requirements
- Responsible for data input of auditing / testing activities into quality systems
- Follow test procedures, customer drawings and / or visual aids.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors relative to defect findings
- Participate in performance feedback
- Additional duties as assigned
