The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead and develop Yofi’s marketing strategy. In this role, you’ll own the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at driving both brand awareness and customer acquisition .
This role is intended to be a hybrid role between growth and product marketing.
As a key team member, you should have a deep connection to the retail space and a proven track record of creating impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Growth & Demand Generation :
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across channels (email, social media, SEO, etc.)
- Create compelling content such as blog posts, case studies, and newsletters that highlight Yofi’s product offerings and position the company as a thought leader in Return Abuse Mitigation
- Manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CRM to track leads and nurture them through the funnel
- Conduct A / B testing to optimize messaging for better engagement and conversion rates
- Identify and recommend conferences and events for Yofi to attend and sponsor
2. Product Marketing & Brand Voice :
- Assist in the creation of sales materials and manage the sales asset library
- Simplify and streamline Yofi’s messaging across all platforms, including website content
- Own the brand voice , ensuring consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints
- Develop strategies to position Yofi’s product as a market leader in return abuse prevention
- Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to align marketing materials with customer needs and product features
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Content Creation : Proven experience creating content for a B2B SaaS audience
- Digital Marketing : Expertise in SEO, email marketing, and social media (LinkedIn focus)
- CRM Experience : Proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot for marketing and sales tracking
- Analytical Skills : Ability to assess performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Communication : Strong ability to engage prospects and customers across channels
Nice-to-Haves :
- 3+ years of experience in marketing , preferably in B2B SaaS within the retail or adjacent verticals
- Familiarity with retail operations , e-commerce platforms, return policies, and loyalty programs
- Knowledge of the fraud / risk space , including fraud prevention and risk mitigation, particularly in retail or e-commerce
- Experience creating content that bridges technical features and business value for retail customers
- Previous experience in a startup environment , with the ability to adapt and wear multiple hats
