Primary Responsibilities
Customer Centric Experience : Supports a positive customer-centric experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer.
Utilizes and understands the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional products and / or services.
Maintains awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs.
Store Operations Commitment : Consistently maintains store and print department appearance to company guidelines and keeps a neat, clean, well-stocked environment.
Adheres to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation. Follows the established sorting and stocking guidelines and completes freight processes.
Ensures freight sorting area is organized and setup in accordance with guidelines. Scans, investigates, and fills inventory lows and outs daily.
Print and Tech Expertise : Works to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided which includes successful completion and comprehension of an advanced level of Print and Technology training, as well as any other applicable training.
Continued education in these areas is expected, up to and including designated certifications, if required.
Compliance Adherence and Support : Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; and supports the company’s loss prevention efforts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience :
- High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- No previous experience required, Retail sales experience preferred.
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and G-Mail
- Must possess the ability to use computers and technology for information and to access information necessary to complete the job.
- Must possess ability to process information / merchandise through POS register system.
- Must be able to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation, utilize training tools and process inventory.
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, which are necessary to establish a selling relationship with customers and other employees.
- Must enjoy interacting with people.
