Job Role : Computer Systems Engineer (Ref 760)
Location : New York City, NY and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
You are :
Master of Science degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications / Applied Computer Science or Computer / Management Information Systems plus two (2) years of experience as Software Developer, Software Engineer, Computer Programmer, Systems Analyst, or related position.
Alternatively, Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications / Applied Computer Science or Computer / Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience as Software Developer, Software Engineer, Computer Programmer, Systems Analyst, or related position.
Foreign educational equivalent accepted.
Your Responsibilities
- Engineer solutions to cloud-based native computer application problems by analyzing existing computer systems, applications and user requirements;
- map conceptual business needs and requirements into practical system capabilities, and establish functional specifications;
- prepare resilient and scalable solution design / architecture and use-case high as well as low-level design document (HLD and LLD);
- develop customizations to add-on modules to applications and generate builds using CI / CD frameworks; develop back-end / front-end engines for index calculations;
- create test driven development (TDD) and behavior driven development (BDD) covering low-level architecture details; conduct change and impact analysis, provide production support, and address performance optimization scalability issues;
- participate in daily stand-ups and weekly retrospective meetings using Agile methodologies; support UAT, defect reviews and follow-ups and test developed applications for bugs and issues;
and automate application builds and generate deployable files.

Salary Offered : $169,229 per annum
