job summary : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Support administrative tasks including managing calendars, preparing presentations, handling correspondence, and general office duties for the Finance Department.
- Ensure accuracy of vendor invoices and payments, match purchase orders, and verify correct use of general ledger codes.
- Execute weekly vendor payments via check or ACH and prepare necessary documentation.
- Process invoices, assist with bank reconciliations, and compile reports such as AP Aging and Check Registers.
- Conduct research to deliver accurate responses to vendors and internal clients.
- Maintain organized financial filing systems for easy access.
- Assist with annual audits by providing required documentation.
- Perform additional assigned tasks as necessary.
