Job Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CRM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, and customer service, to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Work on extensive email campaigns with the copywriter and designer.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on CRM systems.
- Proficiency in CRM software (, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and project management tools (, MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and integration processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
