Project Manager - Retail Construction

Job Description

• Projects are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency who can take the initiative and drive activities with limited supervision.
• Strong relationships are developed with clients and cross-functional team members.
• Work as an effective team member within the context of delivering a specific commission.
• Experienced managing multiple stakeholders and work stream managers.
• Ability to be highly effective in a client facing role.
• University degree and PMP certification, preferably in a field related to construction.
• Experience working on fast-paced retail construction projects.
• Consultancy experience is beneficial.

Additional Information

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including but not limited to a candidate’s education, location, and experience.

The salary range for this full-time role is $115K-$135K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
