Position Overview : We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in the warehouse and light industrial staffing sector.
As an integral part of our sales team, you will cultivate relationships with potential clients, understand their staffing needs, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, door-to-door, and referrals to establish a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' staffing requirements and challenges.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and solutions that address clients' needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of staffing solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Solid understanding of the warehouse and light industrial sectors, including knowledge of staffing trends and challenges.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
