We are seeking a passionate and driven Executive Sous Chef for one of the premier off-premise catering companies in Fresno, CA .

This role presents the opportunity to show your talent by creating many types of cuisine while showcasing your appreciation for catering styles and food presentation.

Locally based operation that has a stellar reputation, and offers a great chance to grow your skillset to become the new Executive Chef in time.

Base Salary Range : $110,000 - $130,000 salary, medical, dental, paid vacation and 401k plan

Position Profile :

  • Off-site catering leadership experience
  • Experience with large-scale, scratch kitchen production with creative food styling for plated meals, buffet, and tray-passed items
  • Excellent time management skills, training, and menu development
  • Minimum of 10+ years of kitchen experience in the high-volume catering industry with management
