Job Title : Account Manager
Location : Hot Springs, AR
Hours / Lunch : Monday-Thursday, 4 days a week (10-hour shifts); On-call once a month on weekends
Salary : $55,000 - $80,000 annually, with 5% bonus potential

Our Client isseeking an Account Manager with strong customer service skills. This role involves administering, extending, negotiating, and terminating contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Responsibilities :
- Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts.
- Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration activities.
- Maintain regular customer contact to ensure contract acquisition and fulfillment.
- Review estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, and delivery schedules for accuracy.
- Prepare bids, process specifications, progress reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Advise management on contractual rights and obligations.
- Compile, analyze, and maintain historical contract data.
Essential Duties :
- Adhere to company and department policies and safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with all customers.
- Possess working knowledge of product line, pricing, delivery times, and related data.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order completion.
- Assess aircraft components to meet customer requirements.
- Quote prices, establish credit terms, and prepare sales contracts.
- Verify customer credit ratings.
- Prepare maintenance service contracts.
- Evaluate aircraft components traded-in for new components.
- Generate business transaction reports and manage expense accounts.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to update account activities and marketing literature.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to deliveries.
- Attend trade shows as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Experience : 2-3 years in customer service, 1-2 years in account management.
- Education : High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Software Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems (preferably Siteline).
- Other Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
