Property Manager with VA Real Estate License

Compensation :
$50,000 - $60,000 Based on Experience
Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of single-family residential properties in the Hampton Roads region.
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to meet both financial and operational goals.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant needs and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of lease agreements and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline and improve daily operations.
Qualifications :
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (required at the time of hire).
- 3-5 years of experience managing single-family residential properties.
- In-depth knowledge of Virginia landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- A valid Virginia driver’s license and reliable transportation.
