- Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Responsibilities* - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals - Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets - Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships - Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth - Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients - Oversee outside sales activities and ensure effective account management - Utilize technology sales tools to enhance productivity and results *Experience* - Proven experience in sales management or a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team - Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities - Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth - Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
